Donald Trump Tombstone Appears in New York's Central Park

On Easter Sunday, residents of the Big Apple began sharing images of a tombstone which had appeared in Central Park, baring his name.

Plenty of people shared photos of the tombstone on social media, but no one seems to know what it means, other than being a prank of questionable taste.

A spokesperson for the city's Department of Parks and Recreation said the tombstone was removed by a city parks crew shortly after it was discovered. An eerie "tribute" to Republican presidential frontrunner Donald Trump that popped up in Central Park is now gone.

The gravestone included the GOP presidential front-runner's name, year of birth and the phrase, "Made America Hate Again".

Annie Reiss described it to Gothamist as "definitely provocative", while Robert Cokie told the New York Daily News, "I support it".
