The altercation occurred Tuesday night following Trump's press conference in Florida after Fields tried to ask Trump a question about his past criticism of late Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia. It was WaPo reporter Ben Terris (whose coif is bushy and curly) who insists that Lewandowksi almost pulled Fields to the floor after asking Trump a question about affirmative action.
Trump said after Thursday night's GOP debate in Miami that "everybody said nothing happened".
Note, Breitbart initially said "it could not possibly have happened", and then immediately seems to contradict itself by saying two paragraphs later that it was "not likely".
In February, a Secret Service agent charged with protecting the magnate choke-slammed a photographer for Time Magazine after he left the pen. They said nothing happened.
"Michelle Fields is an intrepid reporter who has covered tough and unsafe stories", Solov said. In addition to our staff, which had no knowledge of said situation, not a single camera or reporter of more than 100 in attendance captured the alleged incident.
Fields has reportedly filed a police report against Lewandowski. Fields is not only with a media outlet sympathetic to Trump, she was hardly doing anything out of the ordinary.
The Trump campaign echoed Lewandowski's total denial after he continued to assert she was a serial fabricator.
"Breitbart News stands behind Michelle Fields", he wrote. I never touched you. "I guess these just magically appeared on me", she wrote. "If that's the case, Corey owes Michelle an immediate apology". "That was so hard", Fields said.
But Friday morning the organization said that after reviewing video footage it still believes the incident happened, but does not believe Lewandowski was behind it.
