The episode began with a one-on-one date with Alex, the aggressive, vertically challenged Marine who seemed to be in the middle of every fight and argument this season. It involved some horsies. They wrapped with a romantic evening capped by Alex declaring he was falling for Jojo. Alex gushed in an intimate moment after the date. According to the website, both the finalists proposed Fletcher and she struggled to make the decision until the last minute. Hearing him talk about his experiences, living in the shadow of his brother and the pain of not having Aaron in his life really hit home with me. JoJo tried to assure him it didn't, but when he was the one left out at the rose ceremony, you knew that JoJo liked him, but would never be in love with him.
Clearly still irked by being called out for acting "entitled" by James the week before, Jordan went on to say he has had his share of disappointment in his life.
Later, JoJo and Robby have a private talk outside, where he tells her about his very, very recent break-up with an ex of four years. Just a historic collapse.
Right after The Bachelorette premiere, Farrar put Jordan Rodgers on blast for being a cheating phony (and a benchwarmer to boot). It's done. On his 5,000th one-on-one date with JoJo Fletcher, they crush some grapes with their disgusting feet, dip some wine glasses in the barrel, and drink the juice straight. Like, this is somehow a "bonding" experience?
Jordan Rodgers, 27, who's now on ABC's "The Bachelorette" and is one of the four remaining contestants competing for JoJo Fletcher's heart, opened up in Monday's episode about his (non) relationship with his older brother - and, in the process, opened up a whole big can of family-drama worms going into next week's edition, which is a visit to each suitor's hometown. Robby got the rose after a rainy day date in the hotel where he was challenged to strip to his underwear and run through the halls of the hotel. "In my heart, I don't think I would get to that point", she said. After James Taylor stuffed as many French fries into his mouth as he could, he pulled the Bachelorette aside to explain just how important it would be for her to meet his parents during next week's hometown date. "I have a great relationship with my [oldest] brother Luke, [but] me and Aaron don't really have that much of a relationship".
Most Embarrassing Scene Featuring a Bunch of Corny White Dudes Attempting to Freestyle: This scene! It's a good butt.
JoJo and he have not done much smooching or hugging and he wondered if that tipped the scales away from him.

I don't wanna say this out loud because I don't want to be cocky and arrogant, [but] my emotions tell me that I am the frontrunner".
