John Cena's Goal for Hosting the ESPYs: Don't Mess Up

"I don't plan on leaving the WWE ever", Cena said of his future with the company. Cena also said that, now that Cleveland has a title, next on their to-do-list is to "fix everything else". Check out the hilarious and unforgettable clip below and speak your thoughts on it after the jump.

Tip of the hat to RT_Ohio on Twitter for this one. The ESPY Awards is an annual awards show presented by ESPN to honor sports-related performances.

"I know that I love live audiences, I love live shows...."

The Big Lead called his opening monologue "fantastic" that was "undoubtedly one of the best in the show's history". A cornucopia of sports superstars will be ESPY presenters, including Stephen Curry, Dwyane Wade, and JJ Watt.

Special presentation: Kareem Abdul-Jabbar will offer a special tribute to boxing legend Muhammad Ali.

Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton is nominated for two ESPY Awards for Best Male Athlete and Best NFL Player.

Breanna Stewart took home the award for best female athlete, she lead the UCONN Huskies to an undefeated championship season in 2016. He may have been an odd choice for ESPN to tag as their host, given that he's a star of sport's weird cousin.

John Cena joked about the free agency decision but it reflected what most National Basketball Association fans feel about the Kevin Durant to Golden State Warriors move. And, with Cena at the helm, the night us sure to be a dream.
