Bravo joins City as Hart's replacement

With less than a week remaining of the summer transfer window, Hart could be facing the possibility of remaining at City as third choice behind Bravo and Caballero.

Manchester City have signed goalkeeper Claudio Bravo from Barcelona for 18m euros (£15.4m).

And while there are no problems with the experienced Chilean goalkeeper's conditioning, Guardiola has confirmed that he will not make his debut this weekend as Slaven Bilic's West Ham United visit the Etihad Stadium on the back of their hugely-disappointing Europa League play-off round defeat to Romanian champions Astra Giurgiu.

The 29-year-old must assess whether to go overseas to play for a club competing for top honours, or join another Premier League with less lofty ambitions than he has been used to in recent years. He's a goalkeeper with a lot of experience in Spain and with the national team. He played in important games to create something special for Chile.

"He has experience, can anticipate situations not in the box, in front of the box, is good in the build-up plays, quick under the posts - he is a good player for us". Give us your thoughts on this below, Federation Internationale de Football Association players as we are not long from the game's launch!

City's 1-0 win over Steaua Bucharest on Wednesday sealed their place in the competition's group phase, but supporters used the game to voice dissent over Guardiola's treatment of hart. The club will help him find the best option. "I've played with him a few times and it just seems to click". Until now he's our player and that's all.

He said: "If all four stay here the best solution is for everybody to be involved in our idea". We trained with 30 players today.

Guardiola also said City are doing their best to help England goalkeeper Joe Hart find a new club but insisted he will be treated like any other player if he remains at the Etihad Stadium beyond the August 31 deadline.

Although Everton have been most frequently linked with the England No?1, manager Ronald Koeman suggested yesterday thathe is not on his radar.

He does not want to move to Sevilla or Borussia Dortmund, both of whom are reported to be interested in signing him.
