An exhaustive, statewide manhunt for the 38-year-old Oklahoma man wanted for murdering his aunt and uncle and shooting and injuring three others - including two police officers - has entered its second day, with authorities telling PEOPLE they're no closer to apprehending him.
Michael Dale Vance Jr.is wanted on multiple charges, including two counts of first-degree murder.
During the incident, Vance reportedly used Facebook Live to post two videos to his Facebook page documenting his run from police.
In a video that authorities believe Vance posted to Facebook Live after the shootout with police, he says "it hurts" and is wearing a shirt that appears to be covered in blood.
Ronald Wilkson's body was discovered outside the mobile home with a bullet wound and stab wounds to his neck "consistent with an attempt to sever his head", Oklahoma County Sheriff's Deputy Michael Belanger wrote in an arrest affidavit.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper Dwight Durant says the search for 38-year-old Michael Dale Vance Jr.is now being coordinated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol confirmed that Vance has HIV-AIDS and is willing to spread the virus, according to News 9. The two officers sustained non-life-threatening injuries, officials say, and were temporarily disabled as Vance fled the scene in their patrol vehicle.
Authorities say an Oklahoma man who killed his aunt and uncle and is still on the run may have been shot during an earlier confrontation with police that left two officers wounded.
In one of the videos, a man wearing a blood-stained shirt pans to a long gun and says: "This is real".
Vance is suspected of later shooting a woman and stealing her vehicle at a mobile home park near Wellston, then driving about 8 miles to his relatives' mobile home and killing Robert Everett Wilkson, 55, and Valeri Kay Wilkson, 54, said Oklahoma County sheriff's spokesman Mark Opgrande. Vance is described as Native American, standing 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing 212 pounds.
Opgrande says Vance also is facing a felony charge of child sexual abuse in Lincoln County that was filed in July. The Lincoln County sheriff hasn't returned a message Monday morning regarding the videos.
The police spokesman tells PEOPLE authorities have no idea if Vance is even still alive, noting he'd been shot twice in the torso during an exchange with officers in Wellston.

The sheriff in neighboring Oklahoma County said on Twitter that Vance is a suspect in two deaths in Oklahoma County, but no further details have been released.
