Antonio Conte admits 'it's not easy' living away from his family

The Premier League leaders travel to West Ham on Monday evening seeking to maintain their advantage at the top of the table.

The Blues now have the second best defence in the Premier League, but it appears that isn't enough for manager Antonio Conte, who is keen to bring the German defender to Stamford Bridge.

"My year at West Ham was good, I did okay, but it's all about Chelsea now and I'm fully concentrated".

Merson is predicting a 3-1 win for the visitors, which could potentially see the Hammers slip all the way down to 13th in the league standings.

"The only problem for me this season is the family is missing me".

The Nigeria worldwide has been an integral player for Conte and the manager is delighted he's signed a new deal that ties him to Stamford Bridge until 2012. They need 29 points from the Blues' remaining 12 games to be mathematically sure of lifting the trophy. Now I am having this great experience in England, in an fantastic league.

Andy Carroll - The Englishman has been a real threat for West Ham since returning from injury, and with Chelsea having shown a certain vulnerability to aerial attack in recent months the big striker will look to make hay against Victor Moses and Cesar Azpilicueta down Chelsea's right. But I hope, on Monday, to find a good atmosphere in the stadium.

Six of West Ham's last seven matches have resulted in at least three goals being scored while the only one that didn't resulted in a 1-1 draw.

Snodgrass is set to play against Chelsea on Monday night, despite a warrant being issued for his arrest in Scotland last Friday for failing to attend court.

"We are preparing different solutions to try to limit the strength of our opponents but it is important for us to play our football, with our philosophy to try to play, to try to score and defend very well with high intensity".

The defeat in October, in which Conte played a weakened team, with both Diego Costa and Eden Hazard on the bench, was one of only two that Chelsea have suffered in their last 24 games. I feel at home at Stamford Bridge and am looking forward to the future!
