One police department was able to see humor in 4/20 day today.
The Wyoming, Minnesota Public Safety Department is using April 20 to spread awareness about substance abuse, drawing attention to a larger issue on the unofficial American holiday that's been affectionately dubbed "Weed Day".
On Thursday, the police department tweeted a hilarious picture of a row of snacks, video games and soda - with a police officer looming in the background ready with a net.
While the tweet is generating plenty of chuckles and more than a few gut-busting comments, Wyoming Police admit there is a serious side to the issue, as well.
The Tweet reads, "Undercover #420 operations are in place".
The message quickly lit up Twitter, where it was retweeted more than 29,000 times as of early Thursday afternoon.
