The other video has is another one caught by JD of Usher singing his heart out in the middle of the studio.

On Monday, Quantasia Sharpton spoke at a press conference announcing a lawsuit brought by her and two others accusing R&B singer Usher of having sexual contact with them without telling them he has genital herpes. Sharpton's claims have been met with much speculation since admitting she tested negative for the STD.

One source described Usher's move to pick Sharpton out of the crowd as one that brings "a diverse group of people up onstage, not just supermodels".

Our sources say Usher told them he may have pulled her up onstage ... he doesn't remember, but he absolutely didn't hook up with her.

The struggle is real, Usher. "I would never have consented if I had known", she said.

After the concert, Sharpton and her friends went back to their hotel when she got a number from Usher asking her which hotel she was staying in.

"I need some money", she said in the post which she runs under the handle Angel Valentino and the post came exactly a week before she filed the suit against him.

Another Jane Doe is also suing Usher for $20 million, a figure that was originally reported to be $40 million.

While it seems the rest of the world is more attentive of the current state of his herpes lawsuits, it doesn't seem like Usher is paying it any mind.

All three plaintiffs claim Usher failed to inform them about his alleged herpes diagnosis.

The new scandal is impacting Usher in various ways. In the court filing, the insurance company said it is not obligated to defend him in a lawsuit filed in Georgia. In a new video posted by Jermaine Dupri, the Confessions star can be heard singing along to Kendrick Lamar's "HUMBLE." while leaving the rapper's L.A. concert.
