An Amber Alert that had been issued was then canceled.

The three-year-old tyke has been transported to UMass Medical Center.

Police say a MA woman who sparked an Amber Alert when she threatened to harm her 3-year-old daughter was found with the girl inside an idling auto with the exhaust pipe stuffed with clothing.

Rickheit was later transferred to the State Police barracks in Sturbridge and is scheduled to be arraigned in Dudley District Court Thursday on charges of attempted murder, assault and battery on a child, and reckless endangerment of a child, Procopio wrote.

Rickheit allegedly threatened to harm her daughter before fleeing from their home.

State Police said Rickheit made threats to harm the child this evening before taking her from 339 Greenwood St.

"Rickheit is described as a white female with light brown hair, blue eyes, 5'11" and approximately 170 pounds.

It was the troopers from the Massachusetts State Police Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section who spotted the mother and daughter inside the running vehicle parked in the woods in Charlton, according to the Boston Herald.

Officials believe Rickheit is driving a blue 2007 Hyundai Sonata bearing a MA registration of 4PG367. She was last seen wearing a white and pink polka dot shirt.

Anyone with any information on the mother or child is advised to contact Worcester Police at 508-799-8606 or call 911 immediately.

Silver Alerts are issued by law implementation organizations for missing individuals of any age.
