A Video went viral on Tuesday on social media where Smriti is slapping an army staff on road.

The victim, a Subedar, was going towards Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station to drop off his five colleagues in a truck when the incident happened.

The accused lady was apprehended by the police and FIR under 4 different sections of the IPC was also registered against her. The soldier seems to be trying to reason with her while fending off the assault.Ms Kalra, who lives in Gurgaon, had stopped her Tata Indica vehicle in front of an army truck ferrying soldiers , As Reported By NDTV.

In his complaint, the army subedar alleged that the auto was being driven ahead of them by Kalra in a zig-zag manner. The army subedar asked him to talk to Kalra to explain the situation. The police said the woman then came to the truck, banged the windows and hurled abuses at the subedar, who then got out of the truck to speak to her.

Realising that the situation might get out of hand, the woman walked towards her vehicle and sped off. Police officers said that Kalra was stuck in a traffic snarl just before the incident and had tried to reverse her vehicle and overtake another auto, but was stalled by the Army truck stopping behind her.

The army constable who was driving the truck said that instead of listening to him, she grabbed his collar, slapped him and hurled abuses at him.

Kalra got off from her auto and continued to hurl abuses.

The army subedar has now submitted a video recording of the incident to the police.

Kalra was arrested from her Gurugram residence, where she lives with her parents.
