This year, Junkenstein appears to be returning for another Overwatch Halloween Terror.
Halloween Terror is Blizzard's way of celebrating the horrifying holiday in Overwatch, an event that will start on October 10 and continue to November 2. Lovecraft warned readers that even to gaze upon Cthulu's form might cost them their sanity and perhaps he was onto something there; I'll go insane if I don't manage to score this sweet skin before the event ends!
The teaser video above doesn't really show us much save for new skins for McCree and Reaper, but we expect that the details should be revealed in due time.
Not everyone always gets a makeover in these events, but more effort usually goes into Halloween so we're sure there's more than just these five.
Based on previous Overwatch events like the Summer Games, Halloween Terror is expected to have either a 6pm or 7pm United Kingdom start time. The leaks feature Mei, Symmetra, Zenyatta, and an additional image of the reaper skin that was already teased.
The skins, which Mnemosynaut uploaded to the official Overwatch subreddit, are a Cthulu Zenyatta, a dragon-like Symmetra, and a vampire Mei.
Overwatch fans are counting down to the 2017 Halloween Terror event on PS4, Xbox One and PC. It is possible that Blizzard could also repeat the thing they did with the summer event where players could buy the previous year's costume for cheaper, but we'll have to wait and see.
