Title change at WWE SmackDown tapings in Manchester

WWE Survivor Series 2017 News, Matches Schedule: Roman Reigns Replaced by Jason Jordan

Jinder Mahal Claims To Have Gained 20lbs Of Muscle For His SURVIVOR SERIES Match With Brock Lesnar

HUGE surprise breaking news coming out of WWE's SmackDown tapings in Manchester, UK tonight.

Eventually, that turned into a near-certainty to most that Mahal would still be champion when WWE toured India. The match will air tonight on the USA Network.

Mahal won the title on May 21, defeating Randy Orton and has continued his title reign for longer than most expected. The win dramatically changes the match card at the upcoming Survivor Series pay-per-view, which was set to see Mahal face WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar in a champion vs. champion match to headline the show.

Brock Lesnar will be on Raw Monday, with Paul Heyman in tow.

Mahal has the worst win-loss record out of any WWE Champion in history and went from jobber straight to world champion.

New champion crowned at SmackDown LIVE in United Kingdom. He had been a relatively successful champion, defending the title among the likes of Shinsuke Nakamura and Randy Orton in the time that he was champion.

This win also has some enormous implications heading to Survivor Series. That team will now face the Usos in another champion vs. champion match at Survivor Series.
