In the past two years, the percentage of children living in poverty decreased by 38 percent, from 17.6 percent to 11 percent of children.
The measures include immunizations of children ages 19 to 35 months, percentage of the population that's uninsured, the number of dentists per 100,000 people, and the number of mental health providers per 100,000 people.
