Once the auctioneer beckoned the "King in the North" Kit Harington to join the viewing festivities after he took a brief bathroom break, Pitt's price point went all the way up to $120,000.
The bidding started - as Emilia watched - at a modest $20k but quickly soared at the hands of Brad to $80k.
KIT Harington stepped out to attend a charity event with Emilia Clarke after being thrown out of a bar in NY.
Pitt was then outbid by a fellow gala-goer who raised the bid to $160,000, ending the auction.
Unfortunately, Harington missed Pitt's bidding war because he was in the bathroom, People reported. Pitt also lost out on another lot, a painting that Arnold Schwarzenegger won with $70,000. Pitt did walk away with one item, though. He bid $40,000, and won an National Basketball Association weekend experience with the San Antonio Spurs including tickets to a game, a ride on the team's plane and VIP seats to the team's practice and game in Texas.
Meanwhile Clarke battled Leonardo Dicaprio for Josh Smith's "Demme" painting, but they both were able to take home a copy of the piece for $80,000 when it was announced that there were two paintings available. The 54-year-old actor raised his final bid to USD120,000 (RM478,500)!
Later, DiCaprio was honoured with a humanitarian award for his work on climate change.
