Omarosa on Trump: America Can Start Panicking Now

It's not clear how many people were really anticipating former White House staffer Omarosa Manigault-Newman's debut on Big Brother.

The former director of communications for the White House Office of Public Liaison told Ross Matthews on "Big Brother" that things are bad - and she was unable to ease his worries.

In a clip from tonight's episode, fellow Big Brother contestant Ross Mathews asks Manigault-Newman, "Should we be anxious?" and says he needs her to tell him things are going to be OK.

"Not very seriously", said spokesman Raj Shah, when asked about the White House reaction to the comments.

Omarosa spoke in hushed tones to her fellow contestant Ross Matthews, saying that she did her best to be Trump's voice of reason, advising Trump that his Tweets wern't helping him.

"It's not my circus, it's not my monkeys", Manigault said.

The Trump administration pushed back against Newman's latest comments at the White House press briefing on Thursday. It was like keep her away from him.

"You know I'd like to say, 'It's not my problem.' But I can't say that because it's bad."

"There were a lot of things that I observed during the previous year that I was very unhappy with, that I was very uncomfortable with, things that I observed, that I heard, that I listened to", Omarosa said at the time.

Knight Pulliam, who has said accusations of sexual abuse against Cosby didn't reflect the man she worked with and knew, rejected the parallel.

Newman, a former contestant on Trump's NBC show "The Apprentice", also did not mince words about the president's social media habit.

Newman said it was hard for her to separate her long-term loyalty to Trump when she worked for him at the White House, which cost her many friends.

Mathews asked her if Americans are going to be OK under Trump. "She has no contact now", Shah added.

Newman made reference to her lack of contact with the president towards the end of her stint at the White House. The Celebrity Big Brother premiere showed her forming an alliance with the other women in the house - and in a spot of all-too-coincidental good luck, she also won immunity from the show's first eviction.
