One person sustained minor injuries in the accident and taken to hospital.

"This could've turned out way worse than it did", Scott wrote in the deleted tweet, the Arizona Daily Star reported.

According to Arizona law, driving under the influence is defined as a blood-alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent or more, and any percentage for people under the age of 21.

Bride to be, Amber Young, knows just what that feels like. The results of Young's blood test won't be available from the state crime lab for two weeks.
