Movies UK, the Russos were asked to address reports that the iconic Marvel Comics character The Silver Surfer might appear in the film.

"I don't think we own Silver Surfer", Joe Russo said.

Now, while that sounds and probably ultimately is pretty clear, it's worth noting that Russo did not actually say "no" at any point in that comment. However, thanks to the press tour for Infinity War taking place in the United Kingdom, we now have directors the Russo Bros.

To paraphrase Michael, we don't know what we're expecting, but we know it will be much better than a dead dove in a bag. This month's Marvel Cinematic Universe movie brings the Mad Titan Thanos and his quest to collect the Infinity Stones into the spotlight, paying off a series of mid-credits scene teases that date back to the original Avengers movie.

It will be very interesting to see how Infinity War handles Ant-Man given that it sounds like Ant-Man and the Wasp may take place before the third Avengers flick. That may mean we wind up seeing quite a bit of the actress, too.

"As you know movies evolve and change so we stayed in constant communication with Ryan and Taika about what direction they were taking their characters in so that when they came into our film, that was chronologically going to happen their's we knew what the essence of what the characters were, were there any new characters that we could work without of each world."
The Time Stone is now in Doctor Strange's possession, and trailers have suggested that he'll be matching wits with another member of the Black Order, Ebony Maw (as he did in the comics!).

In addition to Coon, the Russo brothers also announced who will be playing a couple of the other members of Thanos' Black Order. They want the title to stay secret until everyone sees the movie.

The Leftovers star obviously isn't just now joining Avengers: Infinity War - a movie that is shot, nearly certainly in the can, and speeding toward its April 27 release. That's unavoidable, but what the studio can still ensure is the secrecy of what comes next.
