Searchers looking for a family of four whose SUV plunged into a Northern California river have found the body of a woman believed to be from the vehicle, authorities said Friday. This is above the legal limit of 0.08 in the state, CBS SFBay Area reported. Toxicology results on a third child whose body was recovered from the crash area are still pending.
The 31-metre drop killed the women, both 39, and their children Markis Hart, 19; Jeremiah Hart, 14; and Abigail Hart, 14.
Captain Carpenter in an email on Friday said because & ldquo; a willful act, & rdquo; including that the presence of alcohol are concern in the investigation & rsquo; s findings, the police were considering the accident.
A body identified as African-American and female was found floating near the crash site on April 7. Hannah Hart, 16; Devonte Hart, 15; and Sierra Hart, 12, have not been found. Officials found no skid marks to indicate sudden acceleration or braking, according to a search-warrant affidavit.

"Such a blessing she is just near and dear, her family lives far away so being able to be here and be that family for her is a huge deal and she is just very special", Jennifer Brewer said. But the family also kept distance from the outside world.

The Harts moved last spring to Woodland, Washington, telling their real-estate broker "they needed a fresh start" after experiencing prejudice in Minnesota and too much media attention in OR after one child was pictured in a viral photo taken at a 2014 police-brutality protest.
