GalaticFusion hopped on the bandwagon rather quickly and made a decision to upload his "EDM Remix" of the Yodeling Walmart Kid along with a free download.

Mason Ramsey, an 11-year-old singer and yodeller from Golconda, Illinois, has breathed renewed life into country icon Hank Williams" "Lovesick Blues', which now sits at No 3 on Spotify's Viral 50 chart for the United States and at No 4 internationally. In 1925, future Country Music Hall of Fame member, record producer and talent scout Ralph Peer cut four songs by falsetto-singing minstrel performer Emmett Miller for Okeh Records.

DeGeneres went onto tell the boy he'll also perform at his hometown Walmart this weekend and that the mega chain plans to air his concert live on their Facebook page.

Of course, everyone knows that DeGeneres is in the business of grand surprises and making children's dreams come true - and it's no different this time. It continues to climb the Spotify Global Viral 50 charts.

The internet's latest favorite viral sensation, the yodeling "Walmart Boy", captured our hearts with his very earnest rendition of Hank Williams's "Lovesick Blues" in an aisle of an Illinois Walmart.
