Electronic Arts announced Origin Access Premier, a subscription service for the PC platform which will include all major releases on the day they are released.
What's that mean? Origin Access Premier subscribers will get access to Madden NFL 19, which is making its PC comeback, as well as Federation Internationale de Football Association 19, Battlefield V, and Anthem when they come out. This shares similar offerings to Microsoft's Xbox Game Pass, which provides access to over 100 titles and all future first-party releases on Xbox One.
Being a member also means games from other publishers such as Batman: Arkham Asylum, INSIDE, The Witness, and more are playable. Battlefield V follows on October 11, while the new social Action-RPG Anthem isn't expected until February 15, 2019.
Now, rather than back-catalog games, there'll be the option to play all of the newest titles. Like the regular Origin membership, users can take 10% on other Origin digital purchases.
Madden NFL 19 will be available for Origin Access Premier subscribers from August 2, 2018, while Federation Internationale de Football Association 19 will offer access from September 20. Origin Access Premier unlocks unprecedented levels of choice and value for players who love PC games.
