It looks like Fortnite is coming to Nintendo Switch

Epic Games has already releasedFortnite on the Xbox One, PlayStation4, Mac, PC, and even iOS, but there is one system we've still been waiting to play the smash-hit shooter on: Nintendo Switch. Leaked materials purportedly show a rundown of Nintendo Switch games that will be on display at E3, and Fornite is prominently featured. Known titles like Monster Hunter Ultimate and Mario Tennis Aces are present, but there are also many other unannounced games, with Fortnite standing out as the most prominent.

The Switch is just about the last platform that Fortnite isn't available on, with the game coming to Android some time this summer.

Fortnite is already available on almost every platform imaginable, including mobile.

In addition, Bandai Namco's Dragon Ball FighterZ is also set to make its way to the Switch, which would also be a fantastic addition to the console.

Fortnite Battle Royale continues to go from strength-to-strength, with Season 4's content and Battle Pass proving very popular. Another source, the Korean ratings board website, has also listed Fortnite for a rating, giving further proof to the rumor.

Yesterday, an image surfaced on the internet pointing to a list of Nintendo Switch games coming soon.

So it's not that surprising to see it pop up now, just weeks ahead of the big Nintendo E3 conference. The latest comes from 4chan and it has Dragon Ball FighterZ, Fortnite, Overcooked 2 and more for Switch. Given that Epic Games is based in that country, that's not unusual.

E3 2018 happens from June 12 to 14 at the L.A. Convention Center.

An allegedly leaked E3 document for Nintendo appeared to add more weight to the rumor.
