Live coverage of big reveals including Federation Internationale de Football Association 19

We'll be live blogging EA Play in about a half hour and will keep eagle eyes out to see if the leak is true!

The game's director revealed earlier that fans will be getting a beta period. Oh, but it WILL feature a battle royale mode, creatively titled Royale.

We knew it was going to appear but it's always comforting to see a new Federation Internationale de Football Association trailer isn't it?

Otherwise, the game looks spectacular.

For the first time in FIFA's history, the prestigious European tournament Champions League is coming to Federation Internationale de Football Association 19. "Of course we intend to get back to it at some point".

Battlefield 5 will be another big game featured during EA Play, whiel Respawn Entertainment have also teased that one of their new projects will be teased during the show. This has led to a tumultuous world with violent storms and colossal mutated creatures for the player to survive. Expect our impressions soon. Revealed as part of its new subscription service, Origin Access premier, subscribers will have immediate access to 100 games from EA and other publishers. They'll do this if they knock it out of the park with Battlefield V and Anthem. Curious? Well, you can give it a spin on PC with a free trial this weekend. All the sports titles - Madden 19, Federation Internationale de Football Association 19, and National Hockey League 19 - will sell just as well as they always do. It's called Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order, and it's coming in late 2019. Hinting that players will be put in the shoes of a Sith, the game will be set while the Jedi are being hunted. Let us know your predictions in the comments.

There's a new Command & Conquer game coming - but it's for mobile. This time the action focuses on co-op, offering more challenging platforming and puzzles.

You'll still be building relationships and maintaining friendships, but you won't be falling for any specific characters the way we did in BioWare's previous games. You can also watch it right here via EA's Twitch channel. Sporting a dark aesthetic and a mix of sailing, fleeing from monsters and platforming, its eye-catching aesthetic and unique themes could well make Sea Of Solitude a future indie classic. Not bad if you're likely to buy a few EA games a year.

At the end of EA's Play event ahead of the official E3 conferences, three members from BioWare took to the stage for a deep dive on the title - dropping a cinematic trailer alongside extended footage of gameplay.

The team confirmed that this isn't an MMO, but something different. Whether plunder, revenge, or glory lures you onward, your choices will irrevocably change you - and the world around you. Out on missions, however, players will be able to bring three friends along for the ride. More's the pity. Citadel was ace, though, so if there's a breath of that sort of camaraderie in Anthem we might get to enjoy some of that BioWare magic after all. The reveal didn't include hard proof of BioWare's promises about story content in the game, however, particularly BioWare's onstage assurance that Anthem can wholly work as a single-player experience. The latter's launch is far more limited, however, with Android users having first crack at the game's "pre-alpha" test version.
