Spider-Man's E3 2018 appearance featured a long lineup of villains

We know that Sony plans to show more from "The Last of Us Part 2", "Ghost of Tsushima", "Death Stranding" and "Marvel's Spider-Man".

Tonight at the Sony Playstation E3 2018 Press Conference, Sony showed a second trailer for the upcoming Marvel Spider-Man game by Insomniac Games. Developed by Sucker Punch and set on the island of Tsushima in 1274, it documents the fight back against the Mongol Invasion. Prominently, we get to see quite a few tutorial prompts that give us a great idea of how the game plays like.

The studio behind Max Payne, Alan Wake, and Quantum Break is now hard at work on Control, a third-person shooter with some excellently psychadelic visuals.

We'll find out soon enough. Sorry. It's just very early in the morning and we've been awake a long time. I look forward to losing a ton of hours swinging through New York City (and fighting my way through the game's rogues gallery of villains) when it hits PS4 on September 7. It seems like you won't be playing as William, the protagonist from the first game, but we'll have to wait for more info. The footage introduced to the game four classic villains: Rhino, Vulture, Scorpion and Electro, in addition to the already announced Mister Negative. Our guess is on Doctor Octopus or the Green Goblin.

The new trailer kicked off with Spidey and his pal Yuri Watanabe investigating a disturbance at supervillain prison the Raft, before the two were quickly attacked by Electro.

Based on the footage that was shown, we feel that the game's combat is going to be paced similar to what we've seen in games like God of War, but the boss battle nearly resembled more of a fighting game.
