Tekashi69 is lucky to be alive.
Tek went to Instagram Sunday (July 22) to speak on Sunday's headline-generating attack and likened the situation to last month's XXXTentacion murder robbery. The story reads like a crime novel.
The report states after he wrapped a video in Brooklyn early Sunday morning he drove home and was blocked in his driveway by another vehicle. Then the goons took him for a ride and threatened to kill him if he didn't fork over cash and jewelry. When he got to his house a source close to Tekashi said another auto immediately blocked him in his driveway. The men returned to 6ix9ine's home and two of them went inside with him, while one guarded the vehicle.
Three hooded gunmen emerged, and one cold-clocked the rapper with a pistol before dragging him into their auto.
But but wait, it gets worse. 6ix9ine's daughter and her mother were in the house but were not harmed.
That wasn't the end of it. One gunmen began chasing him but gave it up midway.
TMZ reports that the gunmen then drove away with 6ix9ine still in the vehicle.
The New York Police Department told the AP that the MC, 22, (real name: Daniel Hernandez) said he was in the passenger seat of a auto that was bumped by another vehicle around 4:30 a.m.in Brooklyn, N.Y. He claimed two men got out, forced him into their auto, and made him call another man to bring him some personal property, which he did. The stranger called 911 and then asked 69 to get out of the vehicle at an intersection. He was then taken to a hospital by ambulance, where he remains.
