Trump's Presidency gets A+ -- from President Trump

"It's doing really well, I have great people".

Trump responded in the most classically Trumpian way: "Look, I hate to do it, but I will do it".

During his interview, Trump told the Fox news that his supported candidates won in the mid-term elections against the candidates for whom Obama had campaigned for.

"I'm not on the ballot, but in a certain way I'm on the ballot, so please go out and vote", Trump urged a crowd of supporters in Southaven, Mississippi, on October 2.

He expressed pride in the Republican Party's ability to keep the Senate in the midterm elections, and suggested that losing the GOP majority in the House of Representatives doesn't reflect on his presidency.

"Where do you rank yourself in the pantheon of great presidents?"

Sunday may be a day of rest for a lot of people - but it clearly wasn't this week for President Trump. "I want to keep it that way". "If it doesn't, you know, I'll be told and we'll make a decision at that time".

"I have people that won't vote unless I'm on the ballot, OK?"

Discussing CNN reporter Jim Acosta's victory in court that gave him back his press pass, Trump said, "It's fine, it's not a big deal". And if I think somebody's acting out of sorts, I will leave, I'll say thank you very much everybody, I appreciate you coming and I will leave.

The current economic boom is overshadowed at times by Trump's endless controversies. As you know, I just left the day before the American Cemetery and I probably think, and that was one where it was raining as hard as you can imagine and I made a speech at the American Cemetery the day before. I'm doing a lot of things.

The president has also faced ongoing criticism for not yet visiting U.S. troops stationed in a war zone, which is something his two most recent predecessors did early on in their tenures.

"I haven't even thought about John", and the possibility that he would leave, Trump said.

Based on polling, the American public does not appear to agree with Trump's rating of his job performance.

Trump's White House schedule last Monday was clear and did not list any events for him. "I'd like her to be much tougher on the border".

TRUMP: Chris - Chris, I'm not talking about you - but you sometimes maybe. "It's an innocent form of exaggeration - and a very effective form of promotion".
