Castle is the same old Punisher, at one point saying, "Let me be what I'm meant to be", indicating his fondness for the destructive persona. She will likely factor into the story of the series' sophomore season.

- The Punisher (@ThePunisher) January 10, 2019Penny and dime. Marvel films and television shows are always action-packed and from the looks of the new episodes, we can all expect to be wowed with some fast-paced scenes. The cast also features Ben Barnes (Billy Russo), Amber Rose Revah (Dinah Madani), Jason R. Moore (Curtis), Josh Stewart (John Pilgrim), and Floriana Lima (Dr. Krista Dumont). The Punisher Season 2 is basically the heavy-metal version of that character conflict.

Frank Castle is about to have one last hurrah (well, on Netflix at least - more on that later) and he's going out with a bang. The unstoppable force of nature that is Frank Castle, known as the Punisher, is out to deliver another round of vengeance.

It's soon uncovered that Bendix suffered a similar tragedy as Castle - whose family was, of course, brutally slaughtered - as she tells him, "They killed everybody I've ever cared about". Do you think it will be better than the first season? He's the manliest man on the planet; his endless grunting and hollering causes lesser beings to crumple in fear (also, he punches them really hard).

The full trailer for the second season of "The Punisher" on Netflix was recently released, and it's incredible. Castle takes more bullets, slashes, and various hard knocks than any real human could possibly withstand, but the show never stretches disbelief too far, because Bernthal really seems that tough. It's entertaining more often than not, and mostly well made.

The Punisher Season 2 will launch on Netflix on January 18, 2019.
