Jennifer Lawrence Engaged to Art Aficionado Cooke Maroney

Jennifer Lawrence is engaged to boyfriend Cooke Maroney, PEOPLE confirms.

The Oscar victor was spotted sporting a large ring on her wedding finger as she and her beau celebrated over dinner at Raoul's in NY on Monday, and now sources tell Page Six she and Maroney are planning a wedding.

A source told the outlet: "It was a giant rock". The ring was very noticeable. "They were sitting in a corner and she was wearing a black dress", said a witness to the scene. Maroney works as director at Gladstone 64, one of the Gladstone Galleries, which represents artists like Carroll Dunham - the father of Lawrence's friend, Lena Dunham.

A rep for Lawrence confirmed the news with People Magazine.

Her role as Tiffany in the movie later won her an Oscar for Best Actress in a Leading Role in 2013.

Lawrence was first romantically linked to art dealer Maroney in June 2018, and the pair have since been pictured together numerous times.

Before Maroney, Lawrence was involved with Darren Aronofsky, who directed her in 2017's mother! She performed in three movies a year between 2011 and 2016.

J. Law previously dated her X-Men costar Hoult on-and-off for a few years, before they split for good in 2014. "But they have been very private and careful not to be seen together".

The couple have remained tight-lipped about their relationship, but Dakota did break her silence during an interview with Tatler a year ago.
