Talking about specifications, the Redmi Note 7 and Redmi Note 7 Pro were launched in India recently at a starting price of Rs. 9,999 and Rs. 13,999 respectively. Even as the company has been teasing information about its upcoming device, a new video leak claiming to be of the Redmi flagship has surfaced.
The company has kept silent on any specs, but thanks to photos, uploaded by Sheth, we expect a selfie camera with more than 12 MP sensor, likely a 25 MP unit like the Realme U1. Now, it looks like the company is planning to bring this year's Redmi Y series phone- Redmi Y3 in India. As per graphic, Manu is shown taking selfies with 32 of his colleagues and guess what, the Redmi Y3 too is coming with 32MP selfie camera. Moreover, Redmi General Manager, Lu Weibing also mentioned a Redmi phone with 32 MP front camera on his Weibo account. Xiaomi's sub-brand Redmi known for midrange flagship at competitive pricing seems to fight for the bigger price as well. Successor to the previous year launched Redmi 6, the smartphone comes with a 6.26-inch HD+ display with 720x1520 pixel resolution. As far as pricing goes, it's safe to say it will be priced in the vicinity of Rs 10,000 - just like Redmi Y and Redmi Y2 series. The device sports a dual rear camera setup with 12MP main sensor with LED and a 2MP secondary shooter.
