Many businesses and government services change their hours over the Easter holiday; some are closed on Sunday in lieu of Easter Monday, so be sure to check before you make plans.

- Government offices will be closed and mail won't be delivered from Friday to Monday. "In these states, credit unions, community and regional banks are likely to be closed". Check with your local branch first to avoid a wasted trip. No service Easter Sunday.

Public schools: Most public schools are closed Good Friday including Annville-Cleona, Camp Hill, Carlisle, Central Dauphin, Cumberland Valley, Dauphin County Technical School, Derry Township, Donegal, East Pennsboro, Elizabethtown, Greenwood, Halifax, Harrisburg, Hempfield, Lower Dauphin, Mechanicsburg, Middletown, Millersburg, Newport, Northern York, Palmyra, Penn Manor, Shippensburg, Solanco, Susquehanna Township, Susquenita, West Perry and West Shore.

- Public libraries will be open on Saturday.

John Rhodes Arenas: Good Friday, April 19 - John Rhodes 2 open 1-3 p.m. for Public Skate.

All Winnipeg and Brandon Liquor Mart locations will be closed on Friday and Sunday. Both will be open normal hours on Saturday and Monday.

The Eaton Centre will be open on Friday (1 to 7 p.m.) and Sunday (12 to 5 p.m.). Easter Sunday, and normal hours Saturday and Monday.

Aldi (all stores): Closed Good Friday. The 211 service line will be operating 24 hours as usual.

Recycling and garbage is being collected as normally scheduled on the Good Friday and Easter Monday for those with Friday and Monday as their collection day.

Post offices will be open on the days surrounding Easter, depending on their typical operating schedule.

The Winnipeg Parking Authority is closed on Friday and Monday. Metered parking is free already on Sunday. Regular programs and services will take place as normal on Saturday and Monday.

At the Windsor International Aquatic and Training Centre, there will be no programming at all on Easter Sunday.

The Canadian Museum for Human Rights is open 10 a.m.to 5 p.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Please call (519) 974-AQUA (2782) for information. In VIC, QLD, SA and TAS, they will mostly be open, but may have reduced hours.

The Francois Baby House will be closed all weekend and reopen on Tuesday.

GO Transit will also be on a Sunday schedule this Friday.
