Wan-Bissaka had a solid campaign for the Eagles last term and the 21-year-old is an extremely important member of Roy Hodgson's squad.
The Slovenian only signed a new four-year contract in April but it's understood that United have been sounded out about triggering the £107m buyout clause if they decide to sell David de Gea.
Wan-Bissaka is under contract with the Eagles until 2022 and has said he's happy to remain at the club next season, putting Palace in a strong bargaining position. The London club reportedly want £60 million for the 21-year-old as per the same report, while Standard have revealed that Palace could settle for a bid of around £50 million. Manchester City signed a couple of talented full-backs for big sums of money a few years ago, which highlights that the transfer value of world-class full-backs has increased exponentially and that United will not get a player as good as Wan-Bissaka for a lesser price.
The 21-year-old impressed in his breakthrough season, being instrumental in his side's defence as well as their attack, and was even voted as Palace's player of the year ahead of the likes of Wilfried Zaha.
Another potential problem for Man United is competition in the race to sign Wan-Bissaka.
Chelsea have been following his progress but will need to win their appeal against a transfer ban to launch a move.
Sadly for Crystal Palace fans, it's beginning to look like the club will cash in on some of their star assets this summer.
