Independent Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders was the only other Democratic candidate that would beat Trump outside the margin of error of plus or minus 3 percentage points.

A Fox News poll released Sunday regarding the 2020 USA presidential election shows that the current sitting president, Donald Trump, is falling back in the polls behind five Democratic candidates, including former United States vice president Joe Biden and Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders.

Still, the Fox poll, conducted June 9 to June 12, is seen as heartening by Democrats eager to chip away at Trump's popularity, particularly in key battleground states like Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. Trump reportedly trails Biden by double-digits in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Florida and MI - four states where Trump edged Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton by narrow margins.

Days ahead of Trump's official launch of his reelection bid on Tuesday, the campaign is severing its relationship with Brett Loyd, Mike Baselice and Adam Geller while keeping pollsters Tony Fabrizio and John McLaughlin.

Trump's 2020 campaign did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Since March, Sanders is down 10 points, while Buttigieg (+7), Warren (+5), and Biden (+1) have gained ground. They included Polling Company, the former firm of close Trump adviser Kellyanne Conway.

The dire polling numbers from March, which were reported by the New York Times, NBC News and ABC News last week, showed Trump trailing Biden, the Democratic front-runner, by double-digits in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Florida, and MI.

Trump's campaign recently dismissed leaked data from its own pollsters showing Biden with double-digit leads in battleground states.

Sources in Trump's campaign said Trump has become obsessed with poll numbers and now demands regular updates or newer polls.

"Biden tops the list of Democratic contenders with 32% support among primary voters". Trump told his aides to claim that the polls, which were conducted in late March, didn't actually exist.

Monmouth University Polling Institute's director says Nevada is the first state on the Democrats' 2020 calendar with an ethnically diverse electorate.

Sanders is also at the capstone of his campaign, delivering speech after speech on the "definition" of Democratic socialism, hoping to take the reins of a movement popular with young, minority, and hard-left progressive voters.

The survey of 342 Democrat primary voters in Texas found former Vice President Joe Biden with a slim 1-point lead over former Rep. Robert Francis "Beto" O'Rourke (D-TX) while Sen.

"We need to pick a candidate that's going to be exciting to vote for - all people, women, people of all genders, races, income levels".
