United States rapper ASAP Rocky appeals Sweden detention

Eventually (as in two days later), A$AP was finally able to meet with the official, but "only in the presence and earshot of two Swedish guards", the site emphasizes, stripping him of his right to a private conversation about his personal legal matters.

While prosecutors argued for A$AP Rocky to remain confined for two weeks to complete their investigation, which the courts approved, Rocky has relayed that he can barely eat, drink or even breathe inside the place of his confinement. He is being kept in a filthy cell in a "disease ridden" environment that is not fit for humans, according to sources with knowledge of the situation that spoke with TMZ.

People close to the 30-year old rapper, born in Harlem as Rakim Mayers, allege he has been languishing away in a Swedish prison in solitary confinement, while prosecutors decide whether to charge him with assaulting a pestering fan at the end of June 2019.

The sources claim the USA official believes he was denied entry because Swedish law enforcement did not want him to see the conditions inside the center. The belief of the denial is due to the harsh living conditions of the center. The court claimed Rocky was a flight risk, which ultimately resulted in the Supreme Court rejecting his appeal for bail.

The beating seemed well-deserved, especially after Rocky said on Instagram that the men had been "slapping girls' butts who passed [by]". Video published by TMZ appears to shows A$AP Rocky throw a man to the ground and kick him.

The rapper and members of his team are heard urging the men to leave.

A$AP Rocky explained the incident in the caption of the video.

He then said directly to the camera: "Just for the cameras, we don't want no problems with these boys, they keep following us". The hip-hop stars have announced intentions to not pull through in Sweden following the A$AP Mob boss' publicized arrest. Since the arrest, A$AP Rocky has missed scheduled performances at the Open'er Festival in Poland as well as Longitude in Ireland.
