At just 8 millimeters thick, it's the narrowest Note Samsung has ever made and boasts the biggest screen yet.

Lastly, the regular Note 10 might also be appealing to those looking to buy a new Note while spending as little as possible.

With two screen sizes of 6.3 inches and 6.8 inches, the Note 10 boasts enhanced video effects such as augmented reality and stabilization modes, and a front-facing camera centrally located at the top of the display for better selfies.

It features a 6.3 or 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED Infinity-O Display, shrinking the "hole-punch" seen in the earlier version, with a resolution of 2280 by 1080 pixels for the Note 10 and 3040 by 1440 for the Note 10 Plus. Company officials say that while the 3.5-millimeter headphone jack might seem small, every smidgeon of saved space can help extend battery life. Unfortunately, though, you'll have to rely on the single USB-C port as no other interfaces are provided. Samsung also ditched the Bixby button.

But O'Donnell noted the irony: "If you guys gave everybody else grief for doing it, why are you doing it?"

A big surprise this year-well, it was a surprise when it hit the rumor mill, at least-is that Samsung is killing the headphone jack with the Galaxy Note 10.
