Terminator: Dark Fate's Thrilling Final Trailer Unleashed On Judgement Day

What did you think about the new Terminator: Dark Fate trailer?

After almost three decades apart, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Linda Hamilton are also reunited on screen as the infamous T-800 and Sarah Connor protagonists.

Seeing Cameron return to Terminator is probably most surprising, as his career since leaving the franchise in 1991 has been nothing but a massive success - with his gargantuan films like Titanic and Avatar breaking every box office record there is upon their respective releases. Sarah and Grace team up to protect Dani, but THE Terminator (Arnold Schwarzenegger) is eventually brought into the picture. In The Terminator, Sarah was almost hunted to death by the T-800, who was sent back in time to kill her unborn child before he grew up to lead humanity in a war against machines. "You may have changed the future but you didn't change our fate".

Welcome to the day after Judgment Day. Being a Terminator film, there will of course be a new version of the killer cyborg, this time played by Gabriel Luna. It's a solid action clip that proves 1) Linda Hamilton is still an action heroine and 2) this looks like a way to jump-start a new Terminator era in this nostalgia-loving world. Producer James Cameron returns with director Tim Miller for Terminator: Dark Fate. At the very end, Connor drops a grenade from a bridge, says "I'll be back" - the line made famous by Schwarzenegger - and casually walks away.

But Furlong's not even in the trailer - much to the chagrin of the Twitterverse.

Tim Miller has directed Terminator: Dark Fate, off a script by David S. Goyer, Justin Rhodes, and Billy Ray.

There's a little bit of fresh Terminator slicin' and dicin' in the new trailer, but Sarah Connor gets all the best bits here. "Sarah Connor comes to their aid, as well as the original Terminator, for a fight for the future".

Terminator: Dark Fate hits theaters on November 1st.

New year, new Terminator, are we right?
