"Adopt this jumbo-sized package of fluff & love", the animal refugee tweeted.
Mr. B is "genuinely big-boned", but with a face as lovable as his, it's likely he's been fed a few too many treats.
"OMG, big boi Mr. B is a CHONK".
Morris Animal Refuge has now raised US$1,458 for the 26-pound cat's veterinary care, according to their Facebook page. "He's a chonk of a chonk", reads the August 22 post, which features a photo of a shelter employee attempting to hold Mr. B.
The Morris Animal Refuge hospital in Philadelphia, Penn., posted a photo on their social media accounts of 'Mr. "He redefines the term", they wrote.

The paunchy pussycat is described as a domestic shorthair and all-around "cool dude" with "a big heart" on the animal shelter's website. "We will announce as soon as he's ready to go", the post said. He still needs a more thorough check up by our vet.
As of time of publication, the Morris Animal Refuge website was still down and redirected visitors to their Facebook page.
