Doctors are still trying to figure out the true cause and if it will require surgery.
Beth Chapman, 51, died in June after being placed in a medically induced coma. Dog's rep has released a statement on the current situation. A representative for Dog told the publication: "I can confirm Dog is under doctor's care and is resting comfortably. Thank you for all of your well wishes- keep 'em coming". Doctors are performing tests to find out if it was a heart attack or if something else is causing the problem, the report said.
"The thieves not only took new merchandise but they took items that personally belonged to Beth", said the source, who also claims the items of Beth's that were stolen included some of her bounty-hunting gear. Dog really just can not catch a break.
"Not only did the thieves take thousands of dollars of clothing, these criminals took priceless personal belongings of our beloved Beth, including tributes to her kindly left by our fantastic fans", the Chapman family told ET in a statement.
Since Beth's death, the Chapman family has been dealing with several unforeseen issues: their memorabilia store was burglarized in August, and Dog also fell victim to a check scam a month prior. Needless to say, he's been under quite a large amount of stress lately.
On a recent episode of Dax Shepard's podcast "Armchair Expert", Dog said he dreams about his late wife. He reveals just how he's been coping with everything and it's been real hard.
"I googled it", Chapman responded. "It says you adapt, you get smarter".
