The album includes everything fans could want from a TOOL album; tons of experimentation, tight instrumentation, a deeper sense of the band's maturity, punchy guitar lines and long, intricate tracks.
Rock band Tool delivered its long-awaited "Fear Inoculum" album on August 30 and mount a supporting tour that will stop in Boston and CT. The six-week tour going on this fall stops at the Pepsi Center on October 15 - not to mention, the official tour starts in our hometown, with the only prior performance being one at The Aftershock Festival in Sacramento, California. All the hilarious new Tool album memes are now mercifully obsolete and the search for truth and meaning behind Maynard James Keenan's lyrics will now populate Reddit forums and other corners of the Internet, fueling debate for years - nay, decades- to come.
Tool will bring their tour behind Fear Inoculum to Cincinnati's U.S. Bank Arena (or whatever it will be called when the naming rights are sold) on November 5.
Tickets will go on general sale on September 6 at 10am local time, while Tool Army members will have access to a limited number of tickets on September 4.
Fear Inoculum can be bought and listened to here.
