The six-year-old future king and his four-year-old sister, Princess Charlotte, watched from the stands at Carrow Road in Norwich along with their parents, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. "Aston Villa's always had a great history", he previously said.
Aston Villa won 5-1 when they played Norwich City on Saturday, and after every goal, the little prince jumped up and out of his seat.
Wearing a claret t-shirt in support of his team, George roared with happiness as Villa ended up winning 5-2.
Another said: "When the excitement gets too much for our Prince George".
"You know how to pick your #AVFC games, Your Royal Highness", they wrote on Twitter.
While Gary Linekar shared a clip of Prince George celebrating Villa's victory, posting: "Think Prince George has caught the football bug early".
When George was a toddler, William revealed that he would "love" to attend soccer matches along with his son, however stated he would want to "pass that by the missus".
Back in July, Kensington Palace shared photographs of George for his sixth birthday, sporting a gap-toothed smile and dressed in the official jersey of the England National Soccer Team.
He added that it would "incredible" if the future-king made a decision to apply the membership, sooner than joking that it would "perhaps finish up being that Charlotte is the Villa fan".
"I'll even put a call in and see if I can get them on the team coach next game".
